Registration is now open for Winter Reading Bingo! Kids are invited to register and pickup a bingo card from the library front desk. Bring back your completed card by February 28 to receive a fun prize. For every child who completes a Winter Reading Bingo card, an anonymous donor will give a can of soup to the Plainview-Elgin Area Food Shelf. Reading for a reason!
