SELCO Card Eligibility
Persons age 3 or older who reside within the 11-county SELCO region are eligible to register for a SELCO card. For Minnesota residents outside of the SELCO region, a card from the local library is required for registration. Visitors from out of state may obtain a one-year pass for $40.
Online Registration
Persons who are 16 or older are eligible for registration via our Online Registration Form. Online registrants will be asked to provide a photo ID with a second proof of address when they pick up their card. Persons who are ages 3-15 years of age must come to the library accompanied by parent who can provide a photo ID with a second proof of address.
Loan Periods
Items circulate for a 21-day loan period, with the option of two renewals.

If materials are not returned, a Replacement Fee for each item is assessed to the account. Replacement Fees will be removed when the items are returned. Replacement Fees can be paid via:
