Library IMPACT Survey

The Plainview Public Library is using a new tool called the IMPACT Survey to access how our community uses the technology services offered by the library.  The survey asks patrons how they use library technology services like public computers, wireless networks, online resources, and digital literacy training, and helps gather information about how to improve those services.  Getting a better sense of how our patrons are using library resources can be a powerful tool in determining what kind of services the library might need to offer and improving their outcomes. The library can provide better service with better knowledge of community needs.  It only takes 10-15 minutes and is completely anonymous.
