Data security issues are on the rise in Wabasha County. Join us on Wednesday, September 10 from 6:30-7:30pm when Foresight Bank, Peoples State Bank, and Southeastern Libraries Cooperating (SELCO) discuss measures people can take to protect their information from unscrupulous individuals. Mary Schneider, of Foresight Bank, will discuss credit and debit card security. Marlene Young, of Peoples State Bank, will discuss identity theft. Michael Flores, User Technology Manager of SELCO, will present information about securing a personal computer or device. All are welcome to attend the Data Security Program at the Plainview Public Library. There will be snacks, prizes, and thought-provoking information about how to keep your information safe.
