  • Art Display: Jacci Clark's "Imagining Heaven"

    July 17, 2024
Plainview Public Library, 345 1st Ave NW, Plainview, MN 55964, USA

Jacci is a self-taught watercolorist. She paints loosely, allowing the watercolor to work its magic. Her niche is capturing the expression in a subject’s eyes, whether it is of a person, animal, or bug. “Get the eyes right and you’ve captured the soul,” she says.

After she lost her husband, Dave, last year, Jacci took a break from painting as she worked her way through the pain of losing a spouse. After months of grieving, she turned her thoughts to the eternal home where Dave is in the embrace of Jesus.

The collection of paintings displayed are ones she has done since Dave’s passing, entitled Imagining Heaven.
